The Giardini, the Arsenale and Forte Marghera reopen to the public to host the long-awaited 17th International Architecture Exhibition with the emblematic title How will we live together?, Curated by the Lebanese architect Hashim Sarkis and organized by Biennale di Venezia. The 2021 Edition exhibits works by 112 participants from 46 Countries with a strong representation from Africa, Latin America and Asia. The Exhibition is organized in five "scales" (or thematic areas), three set up in the Arsenale and two in the Central Pavilion: Among Diverse Beings, As New Households, As Emerging Communities, Across Borders and As One Planet. Part of the exhibition is also How will we play together?, a contribution from 5 international architects, authors of a project dedicated to play set up in Forte Marghera.There are also 17 Collateral Events selected by the Curator and promoted by various national and international institutions. Organized in various locations in the city of Venice, they offer a wide range of contributions and participations that enrich the pluralism of voices that characterize the exhibition.
